Member agrees to a minimum enrollment period of six (6) consecutive months beginning on the date the membership is activated. During this initial 6-month period, the membership is non-cancellable and all scheduled monthly payments are due regardless of service usage.
Upon completion of the 6-month minimum commitment period, this Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate and under the same terms. The membership will continue indefinitely until cancelled in accordance with Section 3 below.
Member will not be required to take any action to continue the membership — billing will proceed automatically each month until a valid cancellation is processed.
Member may cancel this Agreement at any time after the initial 6-month commitment period has been fulfilled. To cancel, Member must provide written notice to Soo Med Spa at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. Written notice may be submitted by email to info@soomedspa.com or in writing at the spa location.
Cancellation requests that do not meet the 30-day notice requirement will take effect at the following billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once a charge has been processed.
As a courtesy, Member is entitled to one (1) carry-over per membership term, which may be applied to either a missed monthly treatment or a deferred monthly payment — but not both separately.
If a monthly treatment is not used within the billing month, it may be carried forward to the immediately following month once. Treatments cannot accumulate or roll forward more than one month. Unused treatments beyond the one carry-over are forfeited.
If a monthly payment is missed, it may be deferred to the following month as a one-time courtesy. This carry-over may only be exercised once during the lifetime of the membership. Failure to remit a second missed payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
By signing this Agreement, Member authorizes Soo Med Spa to automatically charge the payment method on file on the designated billing date each month for the agreed monthly membership fee. This authorization remains in effect until the membership is cancelled in accordance with Section 3.
Member is responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file remains valid and has sufficient funds. In the event of a failed payment, Soo Med Spa reserves the right to retry the charge or suspend membership benefits until payment is received.
Monthly treatment benefits are allocated per billing cycle and are personal to the Member. Benefits may not be transferred, shared, or redeemed by another individual. Membership discounts apply to services received at Soo Med Spa and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
Soo Med Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or included benefits with 30 days advance written notice to the Member. Continued participation in the membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this Membership Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
